
Allergies
It is important that you inform me of any allergies prior to you arriving for your treatment. This gives me time to tailor your treatment if necessary. Where possible, I will remove any products containing your highlighted allergen however, I may occasionally suggest you change your treatment to an alternative one If this will make for a more thorough treatment for you. I cannot guarantee against reactions as naturally, each product will be made in factories where that particular ingredient is used.
Pregnancy
I will not perform any body treatments if you are pregnant. Regarding facials, no treatment will be carried out prior to the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After the 12 weeks, slight adaptations will be made based on the suitability of certain products. Please let me know if you are pregnant upon booking, allowing me plenty of time to plan for and make you aware of any adaptations that will need to be made.
Cancellation
I understand we are all busy and plans can always change. Please understand however, that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list also miss that opportunity. I will confirm your appointment with you over text the day before.

A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
